Happy Fantastic Friday everyone!!!

Today Haley Nave, Digital Marketing Specialist, came to talk to the class about email marketing. Some main points hit today were: how to write a proper email, how to go from people seeing the advertisement and purchasing your product, and how to size posters to have the desired effect when used in an email. The students were tasked to use Canva to create an email advertisement for their class business.

Our students also had to pair up into groups of two or three. They were all given the same image and had to come up with an enticing caption to draw new customers in. Our students enjoyed this activity because it gave them a chance to think of the different types of hooks and what would entice them to make a purchase. Congratulations to Bella, Mercy, and Sydney for winning the activity!!!!
