Class Day Thursday!!

We spent the day working through what it takes to build and run a business, including figuring out our class business and the different roles and responsibilities that come with it.

We also took a deeper look at DISC personality types and how understanding our personalities can help us communicate and work better as a team. 🧠🤝

One of the biggest takeaways was learning how our personalities can help determine where we may fit best within our class business. Different roles require different strengths, and knowing our DISC styles can help us recognize where we can contribute the most and work most effectively. 📊💡

It was a fun and productive day full of teamwork, self-discovery, and learning how to apply these skills to the real business world! 🚀
