It’s Terrific Tuesday!!

Just like yesterday, we had Ms. Susan Odum, who is apart of our Johnson County CEO Board, come in and help us understand even more about our personality color groups. We had so much fun diving deeper into our color personality test and discovering more about what each color group represents! We learned how each group tends to think, communicate, and approach different situations—and then figured out which traits relate most to our own groups. 🧠💭
We even chose an animal that we felt best represented each color!

💚 Green Group – Snake 🐍
The Green group related most to a snake because they are curious, analytical, observant, independent, and strategic. They like to think things through, ask questions, and understand how things work.
🧡 Orange Group – Monkey 🐒
The Orange group chose a monkey because they are energetic, adventurous, spontaneous, playful, and flexible. They enjoy trying new things, having fun, and thinking on their feet!
💙 Blue Group – Swan 🦢
The Blue group related to a swan because they are caring, thoughtful, peaceful, loyal, and relationship-focused. They value connection, harmony, and making sure others feel supported.
💛 Gold Group – Eagle 🦅
The Gold group chose an eagle because they are responsible, organized, dependable, goal-oriented, and strong leaders. They like structure, planning ahead, and making sure things get done.

It was so interesting to see how differently we all think and how each group has its own strengths! We’re learning that understanding ourselves and the people around us can help us communicate better, work together, and appreciate the differences that make our team stronger. 💚🧡💙💛
Thank you so much Ms. Susan for taking time to be with us and helping us understand what each group has to offer!
