Happy Fantastic Friday everyone!!!
Today Teale Betts from Shawnee Community College came to talk to the class about professional writing. The main lesson of today is that your words represent you. The students learned that your words are the first thing someone will notice about you.
The students were tasked with writing a letter to someone who inspired them to join CEO. They then had to address the letter to prepare it to be mailed. Our students enjoyed this activity because it gave them a chance to remember and appreciate the people who have helped them to get where they are today.
