Happy Wednesday everyone!!!
Today our CEO students visited the Goreville Fire Station. Today’s topic was What it takes to unlock your true potential. The students were tasked with answering the questions, Who am I becoming?, What is your Why?, and What are you willing to sacrifice?. These questions made our students dig deeper into what they want to achieve and why.
Some of the students’ favorite things they learned today were The Zones of Growth and SMART Goals. One thing our students learned about The Zones of Growth is that most dreams die in the comfort zone rather than die in failure. Today challenged them to think farther in their future plans and get down to the roots of their goals.
Thank you to SFC Wesley Chrisman from the National Guard for talking to our students about reaching their goals. Our students were very inspired by your speech and are looking forward to seeing you in a week.
