Guest Speaker Spotlight (4/13/26)

Our class had the privilege of welcoming Vienna High School Superintendent, Josh Stafford, as a guest speaker. Josh shared how his family’s deep roots in entrepreneurship helped shape his own journey, ultimately leading him to establish Stafford Properties.

What began as a single property has grown steadily over time, demonstrating the power of patience, smart decision-making, and recognizing opportunities as they arise. In addition to his entrepreneurial journey, Josh spoke about his path to becoming superintendent—highlighting a unique and nontraditional route that offered valuable perspective for our students.

Stafford Properties was founded with a purpose beyond profit: to create passive income that allows Josh to give back to causes he believes in. We are incredibly grateful that Johnson County CEO is one of the organizations he has chosen to support.

Josh also shared practical financial advice, emphasizing the importance of using debt wisely to build assets—not liabilities. His message was clear and impactful: be intentional with your financial decisions and focus on long-term value.
