As we gear up to dive into individual businesses, today’s focus was all about preparing students for the big projects ahead. The team watched WashU professor Doug Villhard’s “Getting Stuff Done” lesson and participated in two hands-on group activities that highlighted the power of focus, teamwork, and learning from failure.

These lessons are essential as students move into managing their own projects—staying organized, working collaboratively, and pushing forward even when challenges arise.
