🖊️ Today started off with some reflection. A “letter to me” was written, sealed up and I will return the letters to them the last week of CEO.
❓We then composed a list of questions they can ask during business visits and guest speakers. Many are nervous about this so we are building confidence to speak up and ask questions boldly. I know they can all do this, just takes some encouragement and coaching.
💰 The remaining class time was spent focusing on making progress on their first class business project. They probably do not realize this but they have came a long way since when I first presented the project to them.
